Celebratly Return & Refund Policy

At Celebratly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • Products damaged, altered, or without tags will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

  • Discounted / Sale items (unless received damaged).

  • Customized or special-order garments.


3. Return Process

  1. Customers must raise a return request through our website or customer care within 7 days.

  2. Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged (where serviceable) or the customer may be asked to ship the product back.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify the customer about the approval/rejection of the return.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
